International Business Department 

    国际业务部是正天合核心业务部门之一，由具有海外学习及工作背景的杨向赟律师负责。国际业务部不仅能在国内为客户提供优质的商业、诉讼法律服务，还凭借其外语优势和涉外法律专长，以英语作为工作语言，为国内外客户提供全面、高效的涉外法律专项服务。 

    目前，国际业务部已与美国、加拿大、英国、法国、德国、香港、台湾等境外国家和地区、国内主要城市的领先律所和有关商会、协会建立了良好的合作关系。 

    International Business Department （IBD）is one of the core business departments of Zheng Tian He, leading by Mr. Yang Xiang Yun who has rich study and work experience overseas. Not only providing superior legal service inland, IBD is also offering excellent foreign-related specialized legal service for clients at home and abroad, by virtue of foreign-related laws expertise and English working language. 

    At present, IBD has established valuable cooperative relationship with many outstanding law firms, chambers of commercial and association in domestic and overseas districts, such as USA, Canada, Britain, France, German, Hong Kong and Taiwan of china. 

国际业务部律师团队 Our Team 

    杨向赟律师，正天合律师事务所合伙人，国际业务部负责人，曾在英国伦敦大学（London University）、西蒙斯律师事务所（Simmons & Simmons）、布瑞科考特大律师行（Brick Court Barrister Chambers）学习和实践，拥有扎实的英语及法律功底。杨向赟律师是甘肃省律师协会宣传与联络委员会秘书长，金融证券投资专业委员会委员。 

    Mr. Yang Xiang Yun is a partner of Zheng Tian He and the head of IBD, with excellent English and professional legal knowledge and experience. He had studied in London University and practiced in Simmons & Simmons and Brick Court Barrister Chambers. He is also the secretary-general of Publicity and Liaison Committee and member of Financial Securities Investment Professional Committee of Gansu Lawyers Association.  

      郁金香律师，擅长各类民事、经济类涉外法律服务，办理了大量涉外诉讼和非诉讼法律业务。郁金香律师是甘肃政法学院副教授、硕士生导师，曾在美国佛蒙特法学院担任访问学者，多次参与对外访问和交流活动。 

    Ms. Yu Jin Xiang experts in foreign-related civil and business litigation & non-litigation legal service. She is an associate professor and master tutor of Gansu Institute of Political Science and Law. She had been a visiting scholar of Vermont Law School in USA, and took part in many foreign exchange visits and communication activities. 

    史于稚律师，在能源、环境、国际商事、建筑房地产等领域内具有丰富的从业经验。曾受选派在中国政法大学进行为期两年的环境、能源、气候变化等法律领域的专业研究和实践。2014年，他入选中英联合举办的中国律师培训项目，前往伦敦进行国际商事贸易和争议解决的法律实务培训。

     Mr. Shi Yu Zhi experts in legal service regarding energy sources, environment, international business, real estate and construction. He was assigned to study and practice laws regarding environment, energy sources and climate variation in China University of Political Science and Law for two years. In 2014, he was sent to London to have training and practicing in international commerce and dispute resolution, which was sponsored jointly by The British Bar Association and Chinese Lawyers Association.

     马晖律师，英语专业八级，中级建筑经济师。曾长期在海外工作，熟悉“清洁发展机制项目”（ CDM项目）开发、大型国际工程投资运营、国际商务、海外劳工等领域的法律服务业务。

     Mr. Ma Hui is certified the qualification for TEM-8（Test of English Major） and Intermediate Economist of Construction Economics. Had been worked overseas for many years, he has good understanding of legal service in the field of developing CDM project, international engineering project investment and operation, international business and overseas labors.

     Corporate M&A is one of core practice areas of IBD. We have extensive experience in corporate mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and other strategic reorganization and alliance, as well as listed companies, which covered industrial areas including financial, manufacturing, real estate, infrastructure, high technology, pharmaceuticals, and service industry. 

外商直接投资 Foreign Direct Investment

境外投资 Overseas Investment 

    在国家“走出去”战略政策大环境下，中国企业境外投资需求急剧增长。国际业务部在省商务厅的支持下，积极参与我省“走出去”企业境外投资项目，提供目标国投资环境调查、投资项目可行性分析、合作模式设计、境外专项法律尽职调查、境外投资许可获得、境内审批和融资等综合性法律服务。 

    In the economic environment under “Go Out” Policy, increasing number of inland companies are involving in overseas investment. With support of Department of Commerce of Gansu Province, we are taking an active part in overseas investment of provincial going-out companies, providing legal service such as investment climate survey, investment feasibility analysis, cooperate model design, legal due diligence, acquisition of investment permission, as well as domestic approval and financing.

矿产及自然资源 Minerals & Natural Resources 

    国际业务部在矿产及自然资源的勘探、开采、加工等合作开发领域内具有丰富的综合性法律服务经验。我们参与服务的项目涉及石油、天然气、煤炭、黄金、铜、铁及其他各种矿产。 

    We have gained extensive experience in advising clients in the fields of exploration, extraction, processing minerals and other natural resources, more specifically in many mining projects involving petroleum, natural gas, coal, gold, copper, iron ore and other kinds of minerals.

    争议解决业务是正天合一项基本业务，我们成立了的由几十名资深律师组成的争议解决团队，为广大客户提供专业、高效的诉讼和仲裁业务服务。业务范围涉及房地产、金融、证券、保险、买卖合同、产品责任、商标、专利、版权、竞争法和劳动争议。全所每年代理各类争议解决业务已超过1500件，业务量在省内遥遥领先。 

    Dispute resolution is a basic practice area of Zheng Tian He. Our dispute resolution team consists of dozens of senior lawyers from various areas of expertise. We serve client professionally in arbitration proceeding and litigation which covers a broad range of industry sectors, including real estate, financing, securities, insurance, sales contract, product liability, patent, trademark, copyright, competition law and labor disputes. Our business of dispute resolution has reached more than 1500 cases yearly, which is far ahead in Gansu province.
